returns and replacements

Please be reminded that the purchase of live animals poses certain risks.  We do not gurantee live arrival. Delivery times are subject to couriers and loses based on issues with delivery companies are the responsibility of the purchaser to take up with the company delivering not the website.   we pass on all details provided to the courier company but once they take up the package liability is passed to you and the company.  Please make sure that you are available to receive the goods at the time of delivery.

In the rare case that something in your order arrives dead, or is missing, please take a photo of the contents in the original shipping bag and email it to us within 24 hours of your order being delivered. We’ll arrange for a refund or store credit for you – whichever you prefer.

Unfortunately, due to the extent of packaging required to safely ship live fish, we cannot accept returns on livestock as this endangers the health of the specimens.
